The initial consultation helps understand the situation and the position of the client. This is an important stage of the application process. The interaction with the client provides an opportunity to identify the immigration need of the client.
This service agreement is a mandatory requirement of CICC for both client and the service provider. The application cannot begin formally unless both parties sign the agreement.
The client will be provided with the consolidated and tailored checklist to prepare the application. The client must provide the documents on time to prevent delays for submission of the application.
The client will be required to provide us with the documents requested in checklist. The client will be asked to upload the documents to secured cloud storage. The client will have access to the folder and be able to see the activities in the folder as well.
Once the all required documents are received. The case processing officer will start preparing application in the direct supervision of RCIC. As the application is ready. It will be sent to RCIC for further review.
The RCIC and the client will review the application prepared. The client will have an opportunity to discuss any concerns or questions they have regarding the prepared application.
The mandatory documents and IMM forms required for the application will be uploaded to IRCC's authorized representative portal and submitted to IRCC for further process.
The client will be informed about the decision or any communication from IRCC as soon as possible.
