Residency Choices Based on Profile: Based on your profile, including factors such as age, work experience, language proficiency, education, and relatives in Canada, we will present possible temporary or permanent residency choices if applicable.
If you decide to proceed with the booking, it is understood that you accept the terms and conditions outlined in the Initial Consultation Agreement below.
INITIAL CONSULTATION AGREEMENT
This Initial Consultation Agreement is entered into on this day, (booking through our online booking tool), between Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCIC) BINOD SHRESTHA of White Bunny Immigration Services Inc., Membership Number R709082, and the Client.
This Agreement is governed by the laws in effect in the Province/Territory of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Scope of Service:
Review the Client’s material and offer consultation on the most recent developments in Canadian immigration rules and policies, where applicable to the Client’s inquiry.
The time allotted for the work under this agreement is specified in the chosen initial consultation option when scheduling the consultation.
Maximum Engagement:
Only one initial consultation on the mentioned issues is offered under this Agreement. The RCIC is not obligated to represent the Client further. A separate retainer agreement must be signed if the Client requires additional services.
Client Obligation:
The Client is responsible for providing all necessary factual data and supporting documentation. The Client must be truthful and accurate, disclosing all information, positive or negative, relevant to the advice given.
Termination:
Upon completion of the tasks listed in Clause 3, the Agreement is deemed ended. Clients are responsible for paying any unpaid fees before termination.
Terms of Payment and Refund Policy:
Fees are earned once professional advice and consultation begin. Fees paid are non-refundable, and missed appointments cannot be reimbursed.
